Returns
Customer satisfaction is our first priority, however, we are unable to accept returns on charts. We will, on occasion, allow returns of other materials. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us to discuss your options.
Shipping
Shipping for US orders is $2.50. For Canadian and International orders, shipping is $2.50 plus actual postage minus the cost of shipping in the US. If you need a shipping quote before we send your order, please email or indicate this in the Special Instructions during Check Out.
Insurance and Global Express
With recent USPS changes, it's more and more difficult to file an insurance claim for international packages. International insured packages are not trackable and have to be sent by Global Priority. Packages sent via Global Express include a small amount of insurance AND are trackable. For this reason, for international packages, if you're concerned that a package will be lost, we recommend shipping by Global Express.
Insurance for domestic packages is calculated in the shopping cart.
Global Express for international packages is based on weight and destination. If you would like to discuss shipping for your package, please email us for quotes and options.
Site Security
Our checkout page is a secure page. Your browser should show a "sign of security" when you are asked to submit credit card information, such as a locked padlock (IE), a key (Netscape), or other indication of site encryption.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, PayPal, checks, and money orders.
Sales Tax
We collect state sales tax when the shipping address is in Nevada.
